Issue NDA, EOI and develop long and short list of vendors
Preparation of RFPS, quotations and tender documents

Oversee the preparation of contract documents

Monitor the procurement process against the current Cost Plan
Oversee and administer the contracts associated with the various types of packages
Review payment applications and make recommendations
Work with the cost manager updating financial reporting
