Having worked with IP & Brands Teams, Creative Consultants, Media Producers, Software Developers, Real Estate Developers, Ride & Attraction Vendors and Contractors it enables us to be cognisant of the challenges and constraints inherent in often complex projects, to manage the individual stakeholder expectations and arbitrate solutions to keep a projects key objectives front and centre to all work efforts.
All projects are led personally by Shane Kirkby, whom in the last two decades has managed 40+ projects over Four Continents. The emphasis in the last decade being those in the Leisure & Entertainment sector working with recognisable brands and IPs including DreamWorks Animation, Warner Bros, Mattel, National Geographic, Ducati Motorbikes, Real Madrid Football Club and Sesame Street; creating World Class entertainment venues from concept to completion.

With over fifteen Branded Location Based Entertainment Projects complete in the Americas, Europe, Middle East & South-East Asia, we have experience in the managing the development of new IP branded experiences, from feasibility through to operations.
